End-User License Agreement

1. License granted

Upon payment in full, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own commercial and non-commercial cold-outreach activities, including outreach you perform on behalf of your own clients. You may install it on Macs that you own or control.

2. What you may do

• Use the Software to research leads and draft and send your own outreach, for yourself and for your clients, with no per-message or per-seat royalty owed to us.
• Keep using the version you downloaded for as long as you like — the license does not expire.
• Configure it with your own Gmail account, your own optional AI key (OpenAI or Anthropic), and your own optional Google Places key.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software itself, or make it available to third parties as a product or hosted service.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the application, except to the limited extent that law expressly permits.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or represent the Software as your own product.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of anti-spam, privacy, or data-protection laws (see Section 6).

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. This Agreement grants you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

5. Your data and third-party services

The Software runs on your Mac. Your leads, drafts, and Gmail credentials are stored locally on your computer; we do not receive or have access to them. When you enable optional features, the Software communicates directly between your computer and the relevant third-party provider (Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic) using credentials you supply. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and any usage fees they charge are your responsibility.

6. Your responsibilities as the sender

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and any other anti-spam, marketing, and privacy regulations in your and your recipients' jurisdictions. The Software provides compliance aids (such as a CAN-SPAM-style template and a suppression list) but does not guarantee compliance, and nothing here is legal advice.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Software. Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

9. Support and refunds

The Software is sold as-is, with best-effort email support and no support contract. Because it is delivered as an instant digital download, all sales are final.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software. Sections 4 through 8 survive termination.

11. Updates

We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates. Any update we make available is governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
